Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are delighted with your order from Delicake however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 7 days and we will be happy to process an exchange or refund excluding 20% of the total invoice and excluding the shipping costs to your destination. providing the goods are in their original, unused condition.
In the event of you receiving faulty products, please let us know and we will send out a replacement as soon as we can.
Returning Unused Orders
- Please contact our Customer Services team on 02 9633 4446 or email info@delicake.com.au to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number).
- For Australian customers, we recommend that you use a tracked service for the delivery, as we are unable to refund goods that are lost in the post. If the goods are faulty, we will refund the order once it is received by our returns department excluding freight cost for exchanged items.
- For the Rest of World customers, you will need to return the item to us with tracking service for delivery.
- We will process returns as soon as possible, however this can take up to 7 working days.
