So easy to use. Does not stick and love how I am able to prep, serve and store all in the same container. Also, it slides off so easily. Exactly as advertised!

I was sooo disappointed. An absolute disaster for me!! Don't know what I did wrong? Perhaps some kind person may be able to assist me. I made a three layer choc cheesecake with a biscuit base and side.
Was I meant to grease the sides and base? I assumed because there was a lot of butter in the mixture that it would be ok. Base stuck and so did sides and we couldn't get the side to lift out. Also lid would not fit back on. �
